Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange only if the product is defective or broken.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, contact us at zumrahcollection@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item. Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

If your exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
